Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Mumbai.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2pm IST on working days (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery across India: 3–7 working days. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3–4 working days. Remote pin codes may require up to 7 working days. Tracking information is shared by email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Secure Delivery

Certain delivery partners use OTP-based confirmation for secure handover. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or contact the delivery partner directly to reschedule if needed.

Order Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact us within 24 hours at orobookids@gmail.com. We investigate all such cases promptly.
