Refund policy

We want every Oroboo purchase to be the right one. Here is how we handle it when it isn't.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for size issues or manufacturing defects. The item must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact. To initiate an exchange, please write to us at orobookids@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and a photograph if the request involves a defect or damage.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or washed garments. In cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or incorrect items received, a store credit equivalent to the product value will be issued within 3–5 working days of our receiving and inspecting the item.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item and send it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or store credit promptly.

How We Handle It

We aim to resolve all exchange and return queries within 2 working days. Our team will keep you updated at each step. If something went wrong on our side, we will make it right quickly and without making you work for it.
